Having a strange issue with one of our users when using Microsoft 365 Apps on a Windows 11 system. The original behavior reported was when he was trying to save a document to OneDrive. He gets a processing box but it never completes and the app freezes. Then he noticed if you just did a Save As from any of the Office Apps you get the blank page and the app freezes. Sometimes a reboot resolves the issue but only for a short time. Here are some items we have tried to this point: Have tried pausing synching in OneDrive repairing office 365 Reinstalling office 365 Saved to downloads > Can reopen document but when trying to save as again the page is blank. Will either have to force close in task manager or let it sit until "waiting for another application to complete an OLE action" then closing Pausing auto save to cloud in word/outlook/excel Disconnecting the OneDrive sync and re-connecting seem to work at first but after an hour or so we saw the same behavior. We decided to set him up on a brand new system and after we set things up the issue followed. We are seeing the same behavior on the new system. One item of note is we have a third laptop which has an old version of Office using the ODT installer which is working fine with his account. The other two laptops that are failing have the latest Office 365 software downloaded from the portal. Not sure if this is an issue on the backend with his account or some other type of issue. Good afternoon. My time format in OneDrive, on the regional site is 24 hours. But the file history or file change history in OneDrive is shown in 12 hours. An example If I make a change to a file at 14:00, OneDrive shows 02:00 Here in Spain we use 24 hours as the preferred format and for our company with more than 100 employees it is important to control this well. Something happened with Mac OS, or OneDrive, or my computer.... Can anyone confirm or replicate? I often have a doc open in word and I want to send to someone, so I save it and drag the title bar icon, maybe called the proxy icon, to an Outlook email or into Teams. There are other ways to do it, but i like that one. At some point in time that stopped working for OneDrive hosted files. Files not in OneDrive it works fine including files in DropBox. We are using SharePoint Server 2019 along with Office Online Server (On-premise). Multiple users work on the same worksheet simultaneously. However, when one user applies a filter on sheet1, it affects all the users instead of being user- specific. Is there any workaround to make the filter apply only for individual users?OneDrive search results missing Tiles view
Some of my users have a new interface for web OneDrive search results (for folders shared to them) that no longer offers the Tiles view. The Tiles view is critical for our team to be able to visually search many images. It looks like the Tiles view is being removed? We are sharing large amounts of images that can not be synched, so we must be able to search OneDrive on the web, and see the results visually. It is also now happening for me, even when searching my own OneDrive. There used to be an option on the rights side above the list. It defaulted to "List" view but could be changed to "Tiles." Now it's gone! This is what it used to have: How do I get this function back?Can we detach Viva Connections from teams ?
Hello Everyone , Is there a way that we can create Viva Connections as a separate application (Detached from MS Teams) ? It would be helpful because we need it to be a standalone not to be linked in MS teams. Also Please enlighten me if we can create a Sharepoint Site as a windows/mac desktop application. Hi Team, I am using Microsoft 365 for work. I have two PC, one is a notebook, one is a desktop in the office. I tried to open a file from One Drive from my desktop PC. The system will ask me to log in MS 365 which I did but returned this error message, "Sorry, another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer". The same is not happening on my notebook PC. I think this is a serious MS bug which is so annoying. I don't know how to fix this. Could you please look into this? Please note that I have two One Drive accounts under the same email address. One is for my personal One Drive and the other is for my work One Drive. I am not sure if this causes the error/bug. Hi, In the recent insider build of Office 365 for Apps (2306) we seem to have lost the ability to auto save in our webdav network drives, this feature works fine in 2305 and below, our customers are starting to get this upgrade and notice now the coauthoring/autosave isn't working anymore. Can anyone give me the actual release notes instead of Microsoft website just says "bug fixes released" I could do with knowing what was released between 2305 > 2306 so we can have a proper idea of what we are looking at from a code point of view. Or - has a bug been introduced in 2306 and Microsoft are unaware of this in the 2306 version? Any help appreciated. Thanks
