Booking not available for everyone
Dear Community, We are currently experiencing an issue within our tenant related to the Microsoft Bookings App. While the app is enabled and accessible via browser for users in a specific group, some users are unable to add the app directly to their Teams interface without submitting a request. At this point, we have not been able to identify the root cause of the issue. I might be a policy issues that only we can solve. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or could suggest possible solution? Thank you :)
Sharing a Planner Plan 1 plan with a guest user
Hi there, Looking for advice on what settings may be required to ensure that a guest user from another tenant can access a Planner Plan 1 plan which has been shared via a user in my tenant. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Guest user error message: "You do not have access to this plan. Ask any member to add you to the plan." Microsoft Planner Plan 1 user cannot share plan with guest user from another tenant Both users have Planner Plan 1 license assigned, the guest user has it assigned to their guest account on my tenant The Plan is shared in a Microsoft Team, of which both users are members The guest user has been added to the Plan The guest user has also tried opening the Plan directly via the Plan URL which was shared by the creator The guest user gets error message: You do not have access to this plan. Ask any member to add you to the plan." Other non-guest users from my tenant are able to access the Plan without any issues The guest user has selected their guest account from my tenant within their Teams app from their own laptop, and upon signing into the guest account, no Planner tab is listed for the user, and there is no ability to add it

Viva Engage Community Membership
Hi I need some assistance with Viva Engage. The default community All Company has 300 members where we only have 200 active staff. The additional users that are showing have no licenses and are disabled in admin centre. How can i remove these users? I only noticed the All Company group in entre exists but has no users. Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO) requires shared mailboxes to be licensed but doesn’t extend the same requirement to Microsoft 365 Groups. Given that Microsoft 365 Groups have group mailboxes and can function very much like shared mailboxes, the difference in licensing is remarkable. Why does this happen? It could be due to internal Microsoft politics, omissions, or just a preference for Groups. Children associated with some random Family Group and can't be removed
Hi, My daughters laptop was becoming pretty much unusable so I formatted it over the weekend. When connecting it back to her Microsoft account, I then learnt that she was part of some Family Group associated with an Organizer that I have no idea where it has come from, it's some random gmail.com account and name I've never seen, and to make things worse it seems my son is also in this group. Because they are children, they can not click on anything that allows them to remove themselves from the family group. I then escalated a case to Microsoft (1028218745) and was informed there is literally no way to manually remove my childrens account from some foreign family group, and the actual recommendation from a supervisor that they close their account and create a new one. Now I understand the security conundrum here, that the whole idea of a Family Account is that children can't remove themselves from it. But this also introduces a pretty major security issue that any malicious person out there could request kids join a random family group and if the kids were to accept the request to join, then there are pretty much stuck there for good. Surely there is a way to address this? The Office365 support stuck to the script and pretty much said can't do anything manually at all. Things can always be done manually, its a matter of whether people are willing to do so, and at this time I can't find anyone in Microsoft who is willing to do it. Good evening all I am creating a form where I have to add hyperlink to raise the request via snow. Link is too big it not looking good. Is it possible to enter some text Like snow and that is act like hyperlink. I am using official profile not allowed to use any third-party tools. Regards
